New Resident Verification Documents

Before your leasing appointment, you will need to contact the local utility companies in order to set up your accounts. Please submit account verification screen shot of the following:

• Electric Utility Account #
• Gas Utility Account #
• Water Utility Account #
• Renter’s Insurance Declaration Page: Real Property Management as additional insured with a minimum of $100,000.

As stated in our rental description, all tenants are required to have proof of renter’s insurance stating your new address. Renter’s insurance requirements are as followed: Add Real Property Management as additional insured with a minimum of $100,000.
